2020年12月18日，美国Tela Innovations公司根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定集成电路及其下游产品（Integrated Circuits and Products Containing the Same）侵犯了其专利权。

中国宏碁集团、Acer America Corporation、中国华硕电脑股份有限公司、ASUS Computer International、Intel Corporation、中国联想集团、Lenovo （United States）、中微星科技股份有限公司、美国MSI Computer Corp．等公司为列名被告。
